The Mortgage Bankers and Brokers Association of New Hampshire, Inc. (MBBA-NH) College Scholarship Program provides awards to graduating high school seniors who plan to pursue post-secondary education. Scholarship funds may be used for tuition, fees, books, supplies, and equipment required for coursework. This is a one-time scholarship disbursement made to the student who will be responsible for any tax liabilities or other obligations associated with receiving the award.
Eligible applicants include employees of members of MBBA-NH and their children and grandchildren who are graduating high school seniors. Factors considered in the selection process include official transcripts, financial need, community involvement, acceptance to a post-secondary institution, and demonstrated leadership abilities. Required essay may be submitted in either 90-second video format or traditional PDF format.
Recipients must be present at the MBBA-NH Annual Dinner to receive the scholarship.
