MBBA-NH PAC is the non-partisan political action committee of the New Hampshire Mortgage Bankers and Brokers Association. It operates at the state level to support elected officials and candidates whose philosophies and positions support the real estate finance industry.

Every year, MBBA-NH PAC depends on individual contributions to help support its mission. For 2024, one of our main goals is to promote "Trigger Lead" Bill SB 322, affordable housing projects and bills than advance this cause. Here are some recent legislative accomplishments, made possible through our MBBA-NH PAC funds:
* 2024 Trigger Leads: Worked with our Lobbyist to educate other stakeholders, developed a coalition, drafted the bill, testified in committee hearing, confident for bill passage and sign by Govenor.
* Remote Online Notarization (RON) RSA 456-B (effective Feb 6, 2022): Over 2 years organized & educated our stakeholders, developed a coalition, drafted a bill to NH Law, testified and became industry expert.
* Influenced the addition of several essential services into NH COVID list.
