Program whose purpose is to aid real estate agents in better understanding VA home loan program.  Our objective is to dispel common myths that may discourage a real estate agent from accepting an offer from a VA buyer, and allow the agent and seller to accept the best offer made.

Basics of Homeowners Insurance, #E-2594. program whose purpose is to aid real estate agents in better understanding Homeowners Insurance.  Our objective is to review the basic coverages, the need, what is covered and not covered and what things can affect the purchase of homeowners insurance on a particular property. 

2 Hour Classes

VA Serving Those Who Serve Us – Veterans.  #E-2419. Class has been designed for the buyer agent to familiarize them with the veteran’s story, background, military structure and VA loan program.  By the end of class, buyer agents will have a better understanding of the veteran’s experience enabling them to foster a better relationship.

3 Hour Classes

Understanding Today’s Financing Options. #E-1435. The course will explain financing options available today: NH Housing Home Buyer Programs, Theory of TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure (TRID), Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, Closing Disclosures, Underwriting and Government loan programs.
