New Hampshire Housing seeks a full-time Document Processing Specialist responsible for the collection and review of documents for homeownership programs, as well as processing and quality control of Homeownership program loans. Responsibilities also include outreach to business partners related to document collection and corrections.
The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of mortgage lending and real estate loan closings, as well as knowledge of and ability to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies, including anti-money laundering, Fair Lending, TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure (TRID). A Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least three years’ relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
